I Am A Young Single Adult

I'm young and freeeeeeeee.

What a song! A song that has no tune nor rhythm, but has a high pitch. Hahaha. It's not even a song.
I'm a young single adult. I've been thinking of that phrase ever since I was 16 years old. I couldn't wait to be sweet sixteen, then super seventeen, energetic eighteen years. As soon as I turned 18, I became a young single adult, meaning

I can live on my own

I can start earning money

I can get married legally and give birth

I can make my own decisions

I have to seriously prepare for marriage

I MUST have fun. (YOLO). Good fun, of course. Not the ones that can get you injured.

I must use my young energy to do good in the world today

I must prayerfully select my Maid of Honour *wink*wink*

I must write my life song

I should start writing my life

Be matured and not naïve

I must develop my talents and passion

As a young single adult, I started to think of how life would be as soon as I decide to settle down with my future family. I know I am in my early twenties but it is not bad to think like that (I started dreaming of it when I was like 11, 12). The names of my children, the kind of life I would live. That was when I was a naïve teenager.

But now that I am a young single adult, I know that life is not a fairy tale. It is more than that. It's not bad to dream of having a beautiful life, but no matter what, life would meet Mr. and Mrs. Challenges.
I'm a young single adult, because I am not married yet and I'm young and this is the time I MUST plan prayerfully for my future.

My Birthday Wish List

Merry Christmas my friends! Wow! I can’t believe it’s Christmas. My family and I are opening presents now and I’m receiving texts and messages from loved ones.
And the most amazing part of Christmas day is……………it is my birthday! So, I get to share a birthday with Jesus Christ. Sweet!!!!
So, I’m having my birthday party virtually with you on this Facebook event. It’s not too late to join, depends on your time zone, but head over there and let’s chat.
I have a birthday wish list. A few days ago, I did a Christmas wish list post about the things I want for Christmas and since today is my birthday, let’s get into my birthday wish list.

My Birthday Wish List
·         To start a you-tube channel

·         Get some of my mother’s qualities of a good mother. My mother is really a mother and though, I’m not a mother yet, I’m already jealous of her. She has a solution to every situation.

·         A monogrammed object

·         A 2T hard disk drive

Merry Christmas everyone !!!!!

SomeWhere in The Distance ( A poem for my Birthday)

This is a poem I wrote for my birthday. Hope you enjoy it. It is just the draft.

Somewhere in the Distance

A blazing light shines bright

At that distance

But where I stand now

Is a hell of torture and misery

And just behind me

Are mistakes and naivety

I made a tunnel

Made longer by my past

Where I stand

Is a rough road

With a sinking sand

I need to get out

I need to

But, where do I go from here?

That’s a pretty good question

I can hear the wind

Calling my humble name

To a direction

Leading me to somewhere in the distance

A poem is written

Somewhere in the distance

About a ballad of a girl

Who is growing up

About a girl with a big heart

About a woman, born

I know somewhere in the distance

I’ll write a song

And play it on my guitar

I’ll find hope, peace and healing

I know somewhere in the distance

I’ll find a love

And call him my hero

Somewhere in the distance

A book would be written

About a girl, who’s growing up

About a girl with wild dreams

About a woman, made

Somewhere in the distance

Problems would end

Prayers would be answered

A smile becomes a tattoo

A tear, a piercing

Somewhere in the distance

Dreams would come true

I see somewhere in the distance

There would be a dance

Of a girl grown up

Of a girl with influence

Of a woman, coming up
